I’m not kidding! Of course, that’s not generosity from Dell.
The “offer” was from Dell China’s website on Feb 15. Due to some error of its system error, this awesome 27″ UltraSharp Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor was priced at RMB2515 yuan (about US$350), which was originally priced at RMB7599 yuan (about US$1064). And, this monitors were crazily “robbed” by the consumers.
On Feb 18, Dell removed the link to the product and told that the products can’t be delivered at the wrong price. Yesterday, Dell made a statement about its pricing mistakes and decided to deliver the products at the wrong price.
When you do something wrong and your customers feel bad about it, you have to “pay” to make things right.
